+ How to Order:

  • Step 1:
    1. For new users, a one-time registration is required. Click on “Register” at the top of the page and fill in the required details
    2. For existing users, click on “Sign In” at the top of the page, then enter your login details
  • Step 2:
    1. Search for your etextbooks by title, author or ISBN and select either PDF or ePub format then “Add to Cart”
  • Step 3:
    1. See which eBooks and/or products you have in your shopping cart and either “Continue Shopping” or click “Checkout” if you’re ready to purchase
    2. Complete the Checkout process by:
      1. Entering your promotional code (if applicable)
      2. Entering your delivery address (if applicable)
      3. Selecting your payment method
  • Step 4:
    1. Read through and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box and click on “Proceed to Payment” to finalise your order
    2. Provide your credit card details (if applicable)
    3. Fill in your application if choosing the finance option (if applicable)
  • Step 5:
    1. Once your payment has been processed, click “My Orders” in the “My Account” drop down menu. Here you’ll see the details for any eBooks you’ve purchased which can be accessed by clicking Download next to each title. Repeat the download process with each of your devices that are logged in with your Adobe ID and you’re all set to go.

Please note: for any orders where the payment selection was an electronic funds transfer, the eBook content will not be available until your monies have been received and the funds have been cleared in our account.

 

+ If I’ve never used an eBook before, is there anything important I need to know or do?

Yes there is. If you have not used an eBook before, you may not have previously set up an Adobe account. Please set one up at: https://www.adobe.com/au/account/sign-in.adobedotcom.html

Using Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on PC and Mac computers or Bluefire Reader on Android and Apple devices, you will be able to access your downloaded eBooks using these Adobe credentials.
